Artist's Description
Somewhere between Mountainair and Moriarty NM, I discovered abandoned agricultural equipment.
It was toward the end of the day, the sun was setting, and these machines took on the shape of sculptures in the desolate fields of a decaying farm. I wondered about the story behind this deserted former agricultural enterprise. No answer could be found at this hour of the day.

Over time nature reclaims everything in a steady, determined manner. We think that we conquered nature but it is an illusion. Nature will conquer everything in a slow and unfaltering pace.
What does this teach us?
